A skilled and proactive Surveyor role within repairs and maintenance, focusing on property inspections, damp and mould diagnostics, disrepair, compliance, and resident-focused housing services across a varied social housing portfolio.

SALARY: £47,000 to £57,000 per annum + Benefits (see below)
LOCATION: Staines-upon-Thames, Surrey Mobile role covering Staines, London, Oxford and Winchester
The role primarily covers the GU, TW, RG, KT and RH postcode areas (subject to change), with flexibility to support other areas when needed
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: 35 Hours per Week, Monday to Friday
KEY REQUIREMENT:A full clean UK driving licence and access to a car is essential to the role
