In this role, you will play a key part in supporting residents throughout their day by assisting the care team with daily routines and personal activities. You’ll help during mealtimes, including light meal preparation, and ensure residents transfer safely to and from appointments.
Your involvement will also extend to accompanying residents on community outings and social activities, helping to enrich their overall experience. Working closely with allied health and nursing staff, you’ll contribute to each resident’s individual care plan and support their journey toward greater independence.
