Own and optimise HR systems and dashboards to empower data-driven decisions. Manage cross-functional partnerships across Finance, IT, and external providers for seamless people services. Drive forward-thinking policy development and compliance across multiple geographies. Lead a high-performing payroll function, ensuring accuracy and timeliness globally. Support People Team strategic initiatives and manage end-to-end HR projects. Skills: CIPD or equivalent qualification. Proven HR generalist or payroll management experience in a fast-paced, multi-location business. Demonstrated success in managing HR systems and leading HR initiatives.
