Role Purpose
At Co‑op Live, we don’t just host shows – we create moments. We’re looking for a Senior Production Manager ready to take the lead at one of the most electrifying live entertainment venues in the world. This is your chance to step into a senior leadership role, build and energise a world‑class production team, and lead from the front to make extraordinary shows happen. You’ll own the production operation end‑to‑end, setting the standards, and making sure every box is ticked when it comes to safety, regulation, and industry best practice. The result? Responsibilities
Leading a powerhouse team of three Production Managers and an Assistant Production Manager, you’ll take full command of the technical and production heartbeat of Co‑op Live. From first plans to final load‑out, you’ll drive every stage of event delivery, ensuring nothing is missed and every show lands flawlessly. As the senior production lead for your events, you’ll be the go‑to for all production queries, working side by side with the Head of Venue Management to manage budgets, control costs, and uphold the highest standards of safety and compliance across every show. This is a rare opportunity to shape truly world‑class live experiences. As Senior Production Manager, you’ll oversee venue rigging, temporary power, and crewing contracts, holding suppliers to account on safety, SLAs, KPIs, and budgets – all to ensure every production is delivered at the highest possible standard and every audience experience hits the mark.

Up to £55,000 dependent on experience

Knowledge, Skills And Experience
As a Senior Production Manager, you will have significant experience operating in a senior production leadership role is essential. You’ll be a collaborative, hands‑on leader who champions your team, supports them to perform at their best, and plays a vital role in delivering outstanding live experiences across the venue. You lead with pride, purpose, and the ability to inspire others to succeed. We’re looking for someone who is AutoCAD trained, with a deep understanding of venue rigging, temporary electrical distribution, and seating systems, and a proven track record of overseeing large‑scale, complex live event productions from concept to completion.
