Our Vision

Kent Training and Apprenticeships (KT&A) supports young people in Kent to achieve in education and to be able to go forward to contribute positively to their communities now and in the future. We are a diverse and rapidly developing organisation working across the whole county supporting young people from the ages of 16 18 years (up to 25 with an EHCP).

6. To deliver English and Maths with effective teaching and develop lessons for young people with an aim of progressing positively and achieving intended outcomes.

What we are looking for

A person who is:

7. Motivated, supportive and has inclusion at the heart of what they do.
8. Empathetic in their approach
9. Experienced in supporting young people in Post 16 educational settings - and can bring their knowledge/approaches to working to KT&A
10. Able to work independently and as part of a team
11. Understanding about safety being paramount for young people
12. Flexible and adaptive to the different needs of young people

You will be expected to work throughout the county in order to meet learners in their work placements.
