Maidenhead (hybrid 3 days connecting / 2 days WFH)
£40,000 - £50,000 + benefits
The opportunity:
The role will be a key member of the UK brand team and will be responsible for delivery of brand plan for this new brand. This role offers progression, development and an opportunity to manage a graduate in the future.
What will my accountabilities be?
* Champion the portfolio, keeping it high on the company agenda and driving awareness of key initiatives.
* Monitor brand performance and refine plans to maintain a focused, sustainable portfolio.
* Lead product development initiatives, existing and new.
* Build strong agency partnerships to deliver the brand plan, including packaging and in-store activation.
* Track campaign performance, applying insights and best practice to future activity.
* Own portfolio marketing spend, ensuring alignment to budget.
* Lead key brand forums to shape and execute strategy effectively across the business.
* Potentially manage and develop a Marketing Graduate to deliver results and grow their capability.
A great candidate will have:
* Several years' proven marketing experience within a branded FMCG environment and experience of portfolio ownership even if small.
* Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyse a brand P&L, identify risks and opportunities, and act decisively.
* Consumer-first mindset, balancing shopper, retailer and broader business impact in decision-making.
* Confident problem-solver, able to navigate complexity with a proactive, self-starting approach.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to challenge constructively and influence stakeholders.
* Ambitious and growth-oriented, with a continuous drive to raise standards and develop.
