Livestream Camera Operator
Northamptonshire County Cricket Club have an exciting opportunity for a Livestream Camera person/videographer to join the Club for the upcoming season. The role will take ownership of the club's matchday live stream, ensuring a high-quality experience for supporters.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You will;
* Operate matchday cameras to film live cricket, including ball‑tracking, b‑roll, and fan interaction shots.
* Assist with matchday rigging and de‑rigging of camera and streaming equipment.
* Set up streaming hardware and ensure smooth operation throughout play.
* Maintain awareness of on‑field events to anticipate key shots and moments.
* Ensure footage quality, stability, and clarity throughout the match.
* Uphold club safeguarding, EDI and conduct standards at all times.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You will;
* Have at least a solid understanding of cricket
* Have previous experience working with livestreaming software, preferably vMix
* Have knowledge and preferably experience of broadcast production and/or livestreaming
* Experience operating video cameras in live or fast‑moving environments.
* Ability to work under pressure during live sporting events.
* Good understanding of framing, focus, exposure and basic audio capture.
* Editing skills (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
* Possess excellent communication skills with clarity and detail being critical and you will be capable of building and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships.

Job Type:0-hour seasonal contract
Salary: Competitive
This role requires attendance at all Northamptonshire First XI fixtures at The County Ground in 2026, which will involve weekend and evening work.
