We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a young adult, who is living at home inHertfordshire. She is hoping to go to university in Southampton from September. She is looking for like-minded Care Assistants provide her personal care and independent living support. This is a great opportunity to help make a positive impact on a young adults life.
Start: ASAP
Rota: 7 days on / 7 days off
Location: Hertfordshire, WD3
Pay: £200 per shift / £1,400 per week worked
Free accommodation whilst on shift
Holidays: 5.6 weeks holiday pro rata
A Clean Automatic Driving licence is required to drive the client's adapted vehicle.
About The Job
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive difference in our client's life. They are a
wonderful individual, who lives in their family home with the support of like-mindedindividuals to assist her with:

* Social Support
* Daily Living
* Housekeeping / Domestic duties
* Commuting
Care experience is not required as full training of our client's particular requirementswill be provided.
About Our Client
Our client has quadriplegic cerebral palsy and as a result, is a full-time wheelchair user. She is currently finishing her college studies and will be returning home to Hertfordshire in a few weeks' time. In her spare time, she thoroughly enjoys socialising and going out with her friends, whether it's for food, concerts, or a bit of retail therapy.
She loves Pop music and is a bubbly and happy person, who is looking for someone with similar interests to hers.

In spare time I like going partying with your friends, I love Pop music. I like eating all foods but pasta is my favourite.
I would describe myself funny, caring, and energetic and I am looking to recruit a team of PAs that can support me at home and then eventually uni in Southampton.

Qualifications And Requirements
* Automatic, Clean Driving licence, 25+ years old for insurance purposes (Essential)
* Confident driver as you will be expected to drive the clients vehicle in the future
* Excellent sense of humour and ability to not take life too seriously
* Physical fitness, patience, and a caring nature
* Strong communication and listening skills
* Mature and responsible attitude
* Fluent in English
* Clean and tidy appearance
