:Location for this position is flexible and can be based in one of Spin Master's offices in Europe.Spin Master is a leading global children's entertainment company, creating exceptional play experiences through it’s three creative centres: Toys, Entertainment and Digital Games. With distribution in over 100 countries, Spin Master is best known for award-winning brands PAW Patrol®, Bakugan®, Kinetic Sand®, Air Hogs®, Hatchimals®, Rubik’s Cube® and GUND®, and is the global toy licensee for other popular properties.What will you work on? As the AMZ Europe Assistant Category Manager, you will support the Category Managers to create and execute the merchandising strategy for Spin Master’s brands on Amazon UK EU platforms. You will collaborate with the Marketing leads in UK EU to deliver the GPS objectives for our brands.Your focus is to deliver best in class Amazon experiences across each EU country site including UK, partnering with all local teams to drive digital shelf excellence. This involves driving traffic and conversion for our catalogue portfolio and optimizing aspects of the digital shelf including availability, placement, content compliance and review sentiment. As part of the AMZ EU Category Marketing Team, you will utilise the technology and tools available and help direct the business with key decisions.
How will you create impact?
1. Provide support to develop, standardise, and execute the best-in-class e-commerce executions in collaboration with colleagues from sales, marketing and eCOE teams
2. Work collaboratively with your immediate AMZ EU team as well as internal stakeholders in the markets (brand, sales, marketing, finance).
3. Manage and organize the priority catalogue portfolio across Amazon Europe
4. Drive and review content compliance strategy for new and existing brands/products
5. Leverage digital tools to analyse and review sentiment for new launches
6. Manage and align Amazon EU/UK marketing budget and plan/share best practice across all brands for peak seasons, events and launches throughout the year
7. Partner with our new AMZ Retail Media Agency across EU/UK to measure effectiveness and return on investment with objective of driving both organic and sponsored search and sales
8. Assist the teams in optimizing product listings using expertise of keyword research, digital marketing, SEM, online display advertising, and SEO from inception of goal to full execution
9. Collaborate and partner with our licensors to build and drive brand execution on site

What are your skills and experience?
10. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related eCommerce field required; MBA an asset
11. Minimum 2+ years prior experience in eCommerce merchandising/specialist, preferably with a toy, retail or consumer products company
12. Success with implementing and maintaining Digital/eCommerce systems
13. Knowledge in Supply Chain, Trade Marketing, or Merchandising
14. Advanced knowledge of the Amazon.com ecosystem and flywheel
15. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
16. Strong data analytics, problem-solving, reporting, business modeling forecasting skills
17. Manage and organize the priority catalogue portfolio across Amazon Europe
18. Working knowledge of Power BI is an asset
19. Working knowledge of retail media (Amazon Advertising) is an asset
20. Technical experience in digital shelf tools/Amazon automation is an asset
21. Technical experience with digital shelf tools (Profitero, Keepa, CommerceIQ) is an asset
22. Strong project management abilities; prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously
23. Capable of formulating high-level strategies and defining specific actions
24. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
25. Able to handle, organize and analyze large amounts of data
26. Ability to adapt to changing tech reporting systems
27. Ability to interpret data and draw conclusions
28. Strong presentation and collaborative skills with all internal and external teams
