We're looking for a new go-getter to join our Operations Team as an Investment Admin Associate.

What does an Investment Admin Associate do at Parmenion?

As an Investment Admin Associate you will make sure the day to day running of client accounts goes smoothly. You will work with your team to make sure all work is processed and quality checked on the same day.

This role can involve just about anything from processing client requests quickly, to helping us make improvements to our website. You could be supporting other teams within Operations, or talking to advisers about their clients to make sure we get it right first time, every time. And if that doesn't happen (we're only human), you'll be key in working with your team to figure out how we can be better next time.

All our Operations teams work closely together and although you're applying for the team below, there might be opportunities with other teams which come up, so you can gain more experience and knowledge.

About the Client Admin Team

The Client Admin team covers a few areas of the department therefore there is a lot of variation within the role. The team processes new business applications to help onboard new clients, the post and emails in and out of the business and also day to day client administration for existing clients and advisers.

Whilst the team is made up of three sub-teams, we aim to have everyone cross trained so that we can support each other and provide the best service to our clients. All suggestions on improvements are welcome and we're constantly developing and improving the way that we work.

We liaise with other operational teams to ensure we are delivering the best service to our clients and work closely to pick up client requests in a timely manner Example of the types of requests that we receive in are: changes of client details, requests for withdrawals, direct debit set ups, registering power of attorney documents and many more We also must communicate regularly with third parties and advisers via email, so we're looking for great written communication skills in our successful candidate.

Don't worry if you haven't done these processes before, you would get full training and you're sure to have skills which can help you to excel within this role.

Desirable skills for the role:

* At least 6-12 months experience in a similar administration-based role
* An understanding of ISA and SIPP regulations
* Previous experience within a platform
* An understanding of FCA CASS 6, 7 and 8 rules

Terms and conditions of employment and employee benefits:

Contractual hours of work across the business are 35 each week, Monday to Friday, normally 9am until 5pm, although some flexibility is required in order to meet business needs.

This position has a six month probation period during which the notice period will be one week on either side. On successful completion of the probation this notice period will increase to one month.

The successful candidate will be required to provide satisfactory references from their current and previous employers covering a period of up to 12 years and will need to satisfy confidential background checks. These are currently undertaken via Experian and include identity, criminal records and personal financial.

Adherence to the Parmenion Compliance Code of Conduct will be a condition of continuing employment.

Other benefits available on success completion of the probation period to be confirmed by HR.
