About the Role
Required for busy West End Insurance Brokers Office in London W2. Close to Royal Oak Station, Bayswater & Queensway stations, all 5 min walk. Paddington station is 10 minutes walk. We are a Ultra High Net Worth Insurance Broker based in London W2. We have a vacancy in our personal lines motor department currently with 5 staff. The firm currently has 12 staff in total. We do not deal with any walk‑in business; we run a motor insurance scheme for particular type of vehicles and only entertain quotes under our scheme.
Responsibilities
* Prepare a private motor car quotation to send to our scheme insurer via email.
* Chase quotations and once received, prepare the quotation in a compliant format to send to client.
* Collect payment to proceed with cover and ensure cover is bound with correct documentation issued to client.
* Ensure our internal admin & renewal system is updated.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Must be UK educated and well spoken English.
* Would be helpful if candidate has broker experience in the motor insurance area; training can be provided. Progress towards CII exams would be preferred.
* Must be fluent in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM Dynamics as our admin system.
* Must understand the collection of information from clients & disclosure to insurers to protect the company from any Professional Indemnity claims.
Working Hours & Salary
35 hours a week, excluding one hour for lunch, 5 days a week. 9.00am – 5.00pm or 10.00am – 6.00pm. Salary between £23,000 – £33,000. Wide gap depending on experience and knowledge and what improvement & benefits the candidate can bring to us.
