The key focus for the Accounts Manager will be to review (50% of the job role) and produce accounts, managing workflow and supporting junior colleagues - all within a modern, no-timesheet environment that values quality. Reporting to the Client Director, you will be responsible for: Reviewing accounts and tax submissions including year-end accounts, personal tax returns, and P11Ds Producing accounts, with a gradual shift from hands-on delivery to a more review-focused role Managing workflow and ensuring timely delivery across the team Supporting junior team members with technical queries and development Contributing to process improvements and client service enhancements What you will need: Fully qualified (ACA / ACCA) Strong technical accounting skills - you must be a confident and capable accountant Experience in a similar role such as: Senior Accountant / Accounts Manager / Client Advisor A background in accountancy practice is essential Familiarity with Xero and the ability to manage a varied portfolio What you will get: Part-time hours (2–3 days per week) with flexibility on which days £45,000 - £55,000 FTE Hybrid working - up to 2-3 remote days per week Flexible start and finish times 25 days holiday bank holidays (pro rata), with the option to buy more (increases with service) Onsite parking when in the office Free food and counselling A modern, collaborative workplace - and no timesheets!
