The Opportunity
A well-established, privately‑owned residential contractor is looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Farnham. You’ll take the lead commercially on multiple high‑end projects, working closely with senior leadership while maintaining autonomy. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll manage procurement, valuations, cost control, and client relationships – acting as the commercial lead on your schemes. You’ll initially oversee two live projects, giving you immediate responsibility and impact.

What They’re Looking For
* 5+ years’ Quantity Surveying experience
* Background in high‑spec / prime residential
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to run projects independently
* Confident with procurement, reporting, and client interaction
