Overview
IT Technician role at City of York Council. Excel Learning Trust and York High School are looking to appoint an IT Technician to provide technical IT support to all staff and students, working with IT colleagues within the school and across the Trust.
Responsibilities
* Provide friendly and professional IT support and troubleshooting to enable educational excellence for staff and students.
Qualifications
* GCSE English and maths at grade C/4 or above, or equivalent qualifications.
* Experience of working in an IT support role (paid or voluntary).
* Good working knowledge of various hardware and software.
* Excellent organisation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with staff, students and others.
