Role Description
We are looking for a proactive, commercially driven, and highly organised Senior Lettings Manager to lead and support the day-to-day management and growth of our property portfolio.
This role combines hands-on property management with leadership and strategic oversight, making it ideal for someone who can both execute and elevate. You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the portfolio, while also driving performance, improving systems, and supporting the wider team.

Key Responsibilities
Portfolio & Operations Management
* Oversee the day-to-day management of the property portfolio
* Manage and coordinate property maintenance issues efficiently
* Monitor repairs and ensure timely completion to a high standard
* Ensure all properties are compliant with current lettings legislation
Systems & Process Management
* Oversee and optimise the use of systems such as FixFlo, Alto, and PayProp
* Ensure maintenance requests are logged and progressed effectively through FixFlo
* Continuously improve internal processes to increase efficiency and service quality
Stakeholder Management
* Act as a key point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
* Resolve escalated issues professionally and efficiently
Team Leadership & Support
* Support and guide junior team members within the property management team
* Assist in training and onboarding new staff
* Work closely with senior leadership to improve team performance and output
Business Growth & Performance
* Identify opportunities to improve portfolio performance and client experience
* Support the growth of the lettings portfolio through strong service delivery
* Contribute to strategic decisions within the property management function
Requirements
* Proven experience in lettings or property management (senior level preferred)
* Strong working knowledge of property management systems such as FixFlo, Alto, or PayProp
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability
* Confident dealing with landlords, tenants, and contractors
Desirable
* Previous experience in a senior or supervisory role
* Strong understanding of UK lettings legislation and compliance
* Experience working within a high-growth or tech-enabled property business
