About the Role
As a Part Time Receptionist, you will work 15 hours per week over 2 days as part of a friendly team. Your duties will include:
* Meeting and greeting residents and visitors
* Ensuring that guests and visitors are treated courteously and efficiently at all times
* Answering the telephone in a professional manner
About You
To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience in a reception or administrative role and be / have:
* Good administration and organisation skills
* Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work using your own initiative
* Well-presented and well spoken
* Motivated, reliable, and driven
