Are you an experienced administrator ready to make a real impact? Join Build Twenty Two, a growing specialist construction company passionate about restoring beautiful period buildings across the South West.

We’re looking for a proactive, organised Operations Administrator to support our directors and project teams — helping us streamline processes, manage operations, and keep everything running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Supporting directors with business operations and planning
* Managing procurement, fleet records, and day-to-day office logistics
* Overseeing HR admin, onboarding, payroll coordination, and supplier comms
* Contributing to finance admin and helping drive continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring:

* Strong admin/operations experience (ideally in a fast-paced setting)
* Top-notch organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confidence using Microsoft 365 and cloud-based systems
* Experience with HR/payroll processes is a plus
* A small, supportive, and driven team
* Real autonomy and variety in your role
* Your voice and ideas will shape how we grow
