Overview
A leading global provider of financial software is seeking a Sales Leader to oversee a team of three Enterprise Sales Directors. The role covers the UK, Ireland, and Nordics, with a strong focus on commercial growth within the asset management and institutional investment sectors.
This is a high-impact position requiring both strategic oversight and hands-on engagement with senior-level stakeholders. You will be responsible for driving revenue performance across your region, focusing on consultative solution sales to asset managers, owners, service providers, and allocators.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor a regional team of Enterprise Sales Directors
* Define and execute the commercial strategy across Northern Europe
* Engage directly with C-level clients to drive long-term, strategic relationships
* Promote a range of Portfolio Risk, Analytics and Regulatory Solutions
* Build pipeline, manage performance, and ensure regional targets are met or exceeded
Essential skills and experience
* Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring a high-calibre sales team
* Track record of meeting and exceeding individual sales targets
* Knowledge of Risk, Analytics or Regulatory solutions
* Must have sold software solutions — not purely data services
