KPI Recruiting are hiring Warehouse Operatives for our client at B&M Ellesmere Port. This role is ideal for dependable and hardworking individuals seeking full-time or part-time shifts in a busy and supportive warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operating LLOP (Low-Level Order Picker) to unload product containers
* Identifying product codes and storing items in designated areas
* Using a handwrap machine to secure completed pallets
* Voice-directed picking using a Bluetooth headset system
* Operating MHE (Material Handling Equipment) including powered trucks and forklifts (if trained/licensed)
* Meeting daily/weekly pick targets set by supervisors
* Maintaining health and safety standards throughout the site
Shift Patterns & Pay Rates:
Weekday Shifts (Monday to Friday):
* Nights Shift 22:00 until 06:00
Pay Rate: £12.69 + £3.00 per hour preformance bonus ( If achieved)
Overtime: Paid after 37.5 hours per week
Additional Information:
* Weekly pay (every Friday)
* 28 days annual leave (2 weeks’ notice required for booking)
* 1-week notice required to leave the assignment
