Are you a Registered B5Nurse looking for an exciting new challenge in a specialised area of nursing?
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join the Radiology Nursing Team and work alongside our Interventional Radiology Team. We are open to candidates who are keen to learn new skills and procedures.
Responsibilities
* Provide pre, peri and post procedure care of patients undergoing interventional procedures within the interventional suite and CT and ultrasound departments.
* Work within a team and on own initiative to deliver safe and effective patient care in Diagnostic Imaging and Interventional Radiology.
Qualifications
* RNs with good communication skills and flexibility to work within a changing environment.
* Band 5 experience or willingness to learn new skills and procedures.
Details
Banding will be based on experience and performance at interview.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday‑Friday core service hours.
Dorset County Hospital is a forward thinking innovative medium sized hospital with a major trauma unit. The Radiology Department has been accredited the Quality Standard for Imaging 2021 accreditation. The department is cohesive, friendly and forward‑thinking with a strong bias towards excellent patient care.
