What we’re looking for:
QTS with a Humanities specialism (History, Geography, RE, Sociology or related subjects)
Strong classroom presence and behaviour management skills
Experience teaching across Key Stage 3 and 4 (KS5 experience desirable but not essential)
A commitment to delivering engaging, inclusive and inspiring lessons
Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive attitude
ECTs are encouraged to apply
Key responsibilities include:
Planning and delivering well-structured Humanities lessons that meet curriculum standards
Encouraging critical thinking and curiosity about the world, culture, and history
Assessing and tracking student progress, offering constructive feedback
Creating a positive and supportive classroom environment
Contributing to school life and collaborating with colleagues to enhance student learning experiences
