In this role, the successful Parts Sales Advisor or similar will be responsible for the order and reservation of parts as well as the management of both payments and invoices. In addition, you will also be responsible for assisting in checking parts inventory alongside liaising with the workshops, service advisors and customers alike. On top of this, you will be responsible for both telesales and cold calls. Finally, you will be responsible for answering all customer queries by either phone, email or face-to-face.
The ideal Parts Sales Advisor or similar will have previous working experience within a Parts/Sales Advisor role or a related position. In addition, you will have a background within the automotive industry. You will be multilingual - to further this, you will be proficient enough to hold a conversation in Dutch and/or German. On top of this, you will have strong organisational, communicational and analytical skills. Finally, you will be happy to work both as part of a team as well as autonomously.
The Role:
* Order and reservation of parts
* Management of both payments and invoices
* Checking parts inventory alongside liaising with the workshops
The Person:
* Previous working experience within a Parts/Sales Advisor role or a related position
* Background within the automotive industry
* Multilingual (conversant in Dutch and/or German)
