Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level? As an Area Sales Manager in our dynamic Service team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our recurring revenue account base, also known as our service agreement customers. This is your chance to make a real impact!
What Will You Be Doing?
* Prospecting, researching, and qualifying potential customers using Carrier’s equipment installed base, referrals, internal leads, directories, and competitor sites.
* Delivering compelling sales presentations, conducting customer needs assessments, and securing new customer maintenance agreements.
* Building strong customer relationships through effective questioning techniques to identify needs, budgets, decision-making processes, timelines, and next steps.
* Performing site surveys and facility walkthroughs to evaluate customer needs and create tailored proposals for maintenance agreements and Carrier aftermarket services.
* Utilizing sales tools like Salesforce to track and develop an active backlog of sales opportunities.
* Collaborating with operations to ensure quality results on Maintenance Agreements and swiftly resolving customer issues.

Minimum Requirements:
* Strong service sales background.
* Familiarity with the Chiller, HVAC, or Heat-Pump marketplace is a plus, or the ability to quickly acquire the necessary knowledge and skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Proven ability to engage prospective customers, handle inquiries, and convert them into project wins and new revenue.
* UK Driving Licence.
* IT literate with MS Office skills.
