Overview
We're on the hunt for a hands-on, creatively charged Creative Studio Assistant to join the Glazey crew If you're the kind of person who can switch from painting to packing orders without breaking stride - and you get a thrill from organised chaos, glitter spills, and seeing ideas come to life - then we want you. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, playful environment and isn't afraid to get stuck in with making, organising, assisting at workshops, and sprinkling good vibes wherever they go.
You'll be the right-hand wizard to our studio lead, helping with:
* Prepping materials, mixing glazes & organising tools (bonus points if you label things creatively)
* Assisting with product making, packaging, and finishing touches
* Keeping the studio looking fabulous (even when it's fabulously chaotic)
* Helping out at workshops, events or content shoots
* Coming up with wild ideas and saying "What if we…?" at least once a day
Skills
* Crafty by nature - whether you paint, sculpt, doodle or bedazzle things for fun
* A do-er, not just a thinker
* Cool with getting a little bit messy
* Organised -ish (we love "creative tidying" systems)
* A lover of colour, creativity and good vibes
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills
