Outpatient Manager

Full-time, AshteadHospital, Surrey.

At RamsayHealth Care UK, we know our people are our most important asset.Join us as a dynamic Head of Department at Ashtead Hospital, Surreyat a time of growth as Outpatient Managerwhere you’ll help lead, manage, and nurture a close-knit team inPre-assessment, Outpatients and Pathology. You will be part of astrong clinical and supportive management team reporting to theHead of ClinicalServices.

This pivotal roleinvolves both managerial responsibilities and active clinicalparticipation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patientcare.

As Head of Department,you will:

* Oversee the daily operationsof the departments, ensuring efficient and effective servicedelivery.
* Develop and manage staff rotas tosupport department operations from Monday toSaturday.
* Collaborate with the clinical andmanagement teams to drive departmental growth andtransformation.
* Maintain clinical expertise byworking alongside the team
* Workclosely with our consultants to support business

AshteadHospital

AshteadHospital is a 46-bed facility with 15 outpatient consulting roomsand a private GP service. It features four theatres and two minoroperations rooms, supporting both NHS and private patients. Thehospital has been rated "Good" by the CQC.
