Requirements
* No experience necessary – full paid training provided.
* Flexible and able to work with adults who may have learning disabilities or mental health needs.
* Drivers must have a Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car.
* Capability to work overtime, overnight sleep duties, and travel within the service area.
Role Responsibilities
* Support individuals with access to vocational, educational and social activities.
* Assist with home related tasks and general day-to-day activities to meet service users’ desired outcomes and needs.
* Provide personal care assistance and prompting where required.
* Attend to service users for visits ranging from 30 minutes to several hours, including overnight duties.
* Use common sense, initiative and adaptability in a varied daily environment.
