Responsibilities will include: Plan and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate lessons for Nursery or Reception pupils, in line with both school expectations and the National Curriculum. Provide constructive, accurate feedback to colleagues to support ongoing professional development and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Build strong working relationships by liaising confidently and professionally with parents, carers, and external agencies. Monitor and assess pupil progress regularly, identify individual learning needs, and implement targeted strategies to help every child achieve their early learning goals. An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service. Experience teaching within the EYFS, with a strong understanding of early learning principles.
