The Role
Your responsibilities will include driving business growth across the Southern Region, developing relationships with new and existing clients across commercial sectors.
In this consultative sales role you will work with high-end fire and security solutions:
* CCTV
* Access Control
* Intruder Alarms
* Fire Alarm Systems
* Maintenance & Monitoring Contracts
You will be expected to:
* Generate and secure new business opportunities.
* Develop existing accounts and maximise revenue opportunities.
* Build relationships with key decision-makers and specifiers.
* Produce professional, commercially strong proposals.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
* Drive recurring revenue through maintenance and monitoring agreements.
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 3 years' experience within B2B sales.
* Strong background within the Fire & Security industry.
* Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Intruder & Fire systems.
* Proven ability to win and develop business.
* Confident communicator with strong relationship‑building skills.
* Motivated, driven and target‑focused mentality.
* Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
Desirable Qualifications
* Industry qualifications (FIA, BTEC, NICEIC, etc.).
* Understanding of NSI / FIA standards.
* Existing industry contacts and network.
