Property Paralegal / Legal Secretary

The Role
* Providing administrative and legal support to fee earners within the property team
* Assisting with residential and/or commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion
* Preparing legal documents, contracts and correspondence
* Opening and closing client files and maintaining accurate records
* Conducting property searches and liaising with clients, estate agents and third parties
* Managing diaries, arranging meetings and handling client enquiries
* Supporting the team with post‑completion work and Land Registry submissions
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Property Paralegal or Legal Secretary within a law firm
* Experience in residential and/or commercial property matters
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Excellent communication and client care abilities
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
* A proactive and team‑focused approach
