About the role:
Gowling WLG's affordable housing team sits as part of the wider Housing and Regeneration Team and is one of the UK's leading practices in this area, supporting housing associations and for profit registered providers across the full lifecycle of affordable housing delivery. Our clients include Sanctuary Group, L&G Affordable Housing, BVT and Aspen Retirement.
Our conveyancing specialists handle a high volume of transactions, including shared ownership sales and resales, extra care and retirement schemes, staircasing, lease extensions, enfranchisement, right to buy/right to acquire disposals, land disposals, buy‑backs and auction sales, ensuring smooth, efficient and well‑managed outcomes for our clients.
As a Conveyancing Assistant, you’ll be supporting our Conveyancers in managing volume plot sales and residential property transactions for registered providers. Your responsibilities will include assisting with transactions, maintaining accurate records, and helping ensure a smooth and efficient process for our clients.
