We were delighted when they approached us to help recruit a new addition to their Learning & Development team for this exciting, newly created role.
Your new role
As LMS Manager, you’ll take ownership of the organisation’s Learning Management System (LMS) and related digital learning platforms. Your mission will be to ensure these systems are user-friendly, accessible and aligned with business objectives. You’ll lead digital learning projects, manage integrations with HR and third-party systems, oversee contenternance and deliver actionable insights through learning analytics. This role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement and enhancing the learner experience across the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you’ll bring:
1. Proven experience managing LMS platforms and digital learning environments.
2. Strong track record in system integrations and LMS migrations.
3. Familiarity with learning analytics and reporting tools.
4. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
5. Effectivemunication and stakeholder engagement skills.
6. Experience leading digital learning projects from concept topletion.
7. Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud or similar HRIS and e-learning content design would be ideal but not essential.
