What are we looking for?
Experience in a professional, outward facing role is vital, alongside strong organisational skills. Experience in using Onedrive/Sharepoint is a bonus.
What will you be doing?
"The Secretary helps with administrative roles within the charity. They help organise theOneDrive and all documentation including Simvoly, ensuring that it is up-to-date and wellstructured. They take minutes at meetings using the template provided and upload these toOneDrive. They will then work with the President to upload action points as part of theHistory Log. They then chase up committee to ensure that they are on track to completingtheir allocated tasks. They also assist with responding to the emails and messages thecharity receives. Finally, they shall organise socials for committee and volunteers to assistin building relationships.
