Responsibilities
As a Graduate Management Trainee, you’ll make impactful business decisions, develop new business, maintain relationships, understand cost control, read P&L statements, and learn to deliver exceptional customer service. You will learn to communicate effectively, influence, and interact with customers, vendors, and colleagues. Skills in sales, problem-solving, and conflict management will be developed, enabling you to build long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers. You will also learn to mentor, train, and manage staff, with opportunities for pay increases and promotions based on your development.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; professional experience can be considered as a substitute. You must have a full manual UK driving licence; accommodations are available for applicants with disabilities who do not drive. No drug or alcohol-related offences on your driving record within the last five years are permitted.
