Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently and effectively. Supporting sales and operations teams with technical advice to meet customer expectations. Participating in the out-of-hours support rota, including weekends. Delivering training sessions on new equipment, products, and updates. Developing technical support documents for internal and external use. Providing first-line IS Helpdesk support. Assisting with equipment checking, despatch, returns, and related tasks. Logging all customer interactions and technical queries for accurate record-keeping. Qualifications A strong technical aptitude and a passion for technology. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk role (preferred but not essential). A proactive and customer-focused mindset. The ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Flexibility to participate in an out-of-hours support rota.
