Salary: £28,000 + Company Car & Fuel Card + 10% Bonus + Hybrid Working
Hours: Mon-Fri, 09:00-17:00; 3 days on the road, 2 days remote
Responsibilities:
* Manage customer portfolios, including existing and new business, to meet sales, shopper, and brand objectives.
* Implement national plans locally, ensuring distribution and activation align with brand goals.
* Develop customer partnerships, translating sales and brand objectives into business plans, ranging, and activation strategies.
* Collaborate with Brand and NPD teams to coordinate customer needs with product cycles.
* Work with commercial planning and activation teams to ensure activities meet company and brand standards, managing budgets and forecasts.
* Provide timely information for internal and external stakeholders, including management, sales, finance, and marketing teams.
* Utilize insights to maximize brand distribution, visibility, and availability, setting targets and analyzing gaps.
* Monitor competitor activity and feed insights back into the business.
* Manage financial elements, including debtor days and credit queries, resolving issues within 35 days.
