What you will be doing
• Delivering building surveys across commercial and residential assets
• Managing refurbishment and improvement projects end to end
• Producing dilapidations and schedules of condition
• Working directly with repeat clients who value quality advice
• Collaborating with a friendly, highly experienced local team
What we are looking for
• Building Surveyor with consultancy experience
• Strong technical foundations and attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a client-first mindset
• Organised, proactive and keen to progress
• APC ambition welcomed, not required
Salary & benefits
• £48,000 to £60,000
