Senior Manager/Director - Financial Services

We’re excited to offer an opportunity to join our client’s Financial Services team in London, where you’ll be working with dynamic, PE-backed, and disruptive financial services (FS) organisations.
The team is small, but experienced, selling the value to clients of a team that has 'been there, done that' with big and small FS players.
What You'll Be Doing:
* As a new experienced hire, you'll jump into projects from day one—working closely with clients, contributing to strategy from the first meeting to the final presentation, and in some cases, even helping with implementation.
* You’ll lead project teams, manage client relationships, and collaborate with senior leadership (Partners and Senior Directors) to deliver impactful results.
* You’ll also play a role in business development—helping to create content, acquire new clients, and grow the Financial Services practice.
* We’ll support you in balancing challenging project work with developing your own expertise and skills along the way.
What We're Looking For:
* Strong experience in consulting or in-house roles focused on pricing strategy/commercial strategy within Banking, Payments, Fin-Tech or Wealth Management.
* Experience managing teams and senior stakeholders.
* Strong project management skills, with a passion for building and leading high-performing teams.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong communication skills—able to turn complex ideas into simple, compelling solutions.
* Entrepreneurial, curious, and highly driven.
* A passion for working in fast-paced, commercially agile environments, with a focus on growth and innovation.
