Job Description
The Property Paralegal will be:
3. Managing both residential and commercial property transactions from start to finish (e.g., drafting documents, SDLT, post-completion)
4. Liaising with clients, agents, solicitors and lenders to support smooth property workflows
5. Working independently on files while supporting solicitors with more complex matters
6. Contributing to business development through client communication and marketing initiatives
7. Operating with confidentiality, discretion, and attention to detail
The Successful Applicant
The Property Paralegal should be:
8. A paralegal or equivalent with at least 1 year of experience in residential and commercial property matters-ideally both, including purchases, sales, leases, SDLT, and post-completion processes
9. Accurate and detail-oriented in document drafting and file management
10. A strong communicator, confident in liaising with multiple stakeholders
11. Able to manage workload proactively-and willing to support business development activities
12. Comfortable working flexibly on a part or full-time basis
