This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain classroom experience while supporting students academically, emotionally, and socially.
* Support teaching and learning across a range of subjects, primarily at KS3 and KS4
* Work 1:1 or with small groups of students who need additional help
* Assist with lesson preparation, classroom organisation, and behaviour management
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Collaborate closely with teachers and the SEN department to meet students’ needs
* A caring and proactive individual with a genuine interest in education
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to engage and motivate students
* Experience working with young people is desirable, but not essential
* GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent) preferred

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
