We have an exciting opportunity where you could be a part of our incredible team.
In this role you will be working as part of an enthusiastic and dynamic Credit Control team, and be responsible for controlling aged debt and meeting DSO targets. Also, building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities include:
Responsibilities – Credit Control / Accounts Receivable
1. Credit Control of key customer accounts
2. To ensure the outstanding debt is collected within credit terms via email and telephone.
3. Build client relationships.
4. Responsibility for debit notes relating to price and quantity discrepancies.
5. Undertake account reconciliations as required.
6. Client query handling
7. Interacting with other departments, regular meetings with sales team to discuss and resolve outstanding issues.
8. Recommendation of credit limits to Credit Manager based on relevant information using internal guidelines.
9. Running daily reports on held orders and releasing orders where required.
10. Daily cash allocation of customer receipts.
Responsibilities – Accounts Payable
11. Provide support to the Accounts Payable team ensuring invoices are accurately validated and distributed in accordance with internal guidelines.
What experience you’ll bring
12. Previous credit control experience preferably within FMCG
13. Numerical with a basic understanding of accounting
14. Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Excel
15. SAP experience is desirable but not essential
16. Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels
17. Be able to work cross functionally both internally and externally
18. Excellent attention to detail and able to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Where you’ll be based
This role is based in Feltham, London (Hybrid Working: in the office 60% and WFH 40%)
We are flexible about this being either 3 full days per week or five half days per week.
