Role Overview The Safeguarding Lead will oversee all safeguarding procedures and ensure compliance with statutory guidance. Key responsibilities include: Leading safeguarding policy implementation Managing child protection referrals Liaising with social care and external agencies Maintaining detailed safeguarding records Delivering safeguarding training to staff Supporting vulnerable students Attending multi-agency meetings Ensuring compliance with KCSIE Advising SLT on safeguarding matters Supporting pastoral interventions This is a senior safeguarding role requiring discretion and resilience.
