MIG Welder

Location: NG4

Salary: Up to £15ph

Shifts: Day Shifts

Type: Permanent Role

Our client based in Nottingham is looking for a MIG Welder Fabricator to start on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role for a company that manufactures products for the recycling industry.


MIG Welder Job Description

* MIG welding (TIG welding is advantageous but not essential)
* Welding products made to order
* Working mainly with mild steel, but also occasionally with stainless steel, aluminium, and brass
* Working with gauges 3mm - 20mm
* Reading and working from engineering drawings


MIG Welder Requirements

* Must be an experienced MIG welder
* Basic understanding of fabrication
* Ability to work from engineering drawings


MIG Welder Package

* Pay: Up to £15ph
* Day Shifts: Monday to Thursday 08:00-16:30 & Friday 08:00-15:30
* Overtime paid at a premium; must complete 39 hours per week to qualify
* 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
* Onsite parking
