Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our UK Marketing Team in Manchester. This is a unique opportunity for a designer who wants to make a real impact on our brand image and marketing output. While the primary focus of this role (70-80%) will be on graphic design and, ideally, videography, you’ll also play a key part in supporting a variety of broader marketing activities.
You’ll be responsible for designing high-quality marketing materials, presentations, campaign and social media graphics, PDFs, and more. You’ll help to create compelling visual concepts that bring campaign ideas to life. You’ll work closely with the marketing team and CTO to develop creative campaign concepts, ensuring our materials stand out and cut through the “plain and boring noise” of the industry.
You’ll help us develop our use of video - partnering with external agencies or producing content internally and support the delivery of visually engaging materials to both customers and colleagues. The remainder of your time will be spent coordinating other marketing activities with the rest of the team, such as events, email campaigns, prospect data management, podcasts, and other marketing projects.
You’ll be part of a small, close-knit UK marketing team of three, collaborating with a wider European marketing group. You’ll have the flexibility to evolve the UK’s graphic design approach within the Proact brand, and opportunities to contribute to group-wide brand evolution.
