What you'll do:
* Deliver science-related content within Health & Social Care modules with engaging lessons across Level 2 and 3 vocational courses (and potentially Higher Education)
* Inspire learners to explore careers in health, social care and science through real-world examples, sector visits and enrichment activities, preparing them for careers in nursing, midwifery allied health and more
* Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to aid success
* Collaborate with colleague to enhance curriculum delivery and share best practices
* Liaise with external agencies and care providers to enrich the learning experience and maintain industry relevance
* Contribute to a curriculum development and enrichment activities like care sector visits and conferences
* Collaborate with a passionate team that values innovation, inclusion and student access
To apply you will need:
* A Level 5 teaching qualification (or be willing to work towards during employment)
* A Level 3 qualification and recent experience in Health & Social Care or a science specialism with a passion for applied learning, particularly in biology, health sciences or a related field
* Experience or interest in the health and social care sector
* A commitment to safeguarding, equality and continuous professional development
* Strong communication, organisation and digital skills
