Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our existing customers who take card payments / merchant services with us, handling their enquiries and delivering a first‑class experience.
Responsibilities
* Managing and maintaining our Customer Experience inbox, ensuring that emails are responded back to in a timely manner, with professionalism shown throughout.
* Actively contributing to improving the Customer Experience team processes and procedures.
* Maintaining a close and supportive relationship with our sales teams.
Qualifications
We are looking for colleagues who are brilliant listeners, passionated problem solvers with empathy and the ability to understand customer needs.

Location
Based in our Sale office, South Manchester.
Hours
Full time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, no evenings, weekends or bank holidays.
Hybrid working model
The choice to work remotely for three days.
