As Head Chef you will responsible for managing a large kitchen team along with creating menus and delivery high-end food to outstanding events.
Plan and implement a catering operation that delivers a premium experience on match days and events
Oversee all aspects of food operation and production ensuring the highest standards of quality are met
Manage multiple third-party relationships and partnerships
Creative and experienced in office work, developing seasonal menus and bespoke menus and managing all kitchen financials
Producing new service styles and food concepts
Manage, recruit and mentor a large team of permanent and agency kitchen staff
Be a creative chef always thinking of new ideas
