Paid Media Manager - E-commerce | Full-Time | London / Hybrid
We're looking for a results-driven Paid Media Manager to lead and scale performance marketing across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, PMax, YouTube) and social platforms (Meta, TikTok). You'll own end-to-end campaign management, drive ROI, and power revenue growth through strategic optimisation and deep analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead paid media strategy across Google Ads and social channels
Optimise Google Shopping & Performance Max campaigns
Manage budgets and maximise ROAS through smart bidding and A/B testing
Leverage Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio for tracking and insights
Collaborate cross-functionally to align with creative, SEO, and CRM teams
Scale paid social (Meta, TikTok) with performance-driven creative and targeting
What We're Looking For:
3+ years in paid media, e-commerce experience preferred
Deep expertise in Google Shopping, PMax, and Google Analytics
Proven results across Meta and TikTok Ads
Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn data into action
Experience managing large budgets and complex campaign structures
