As a Business Analyst, you will understand and analyze user and business needs, ensuring outcomes align with the service vision and business strategy. You will contribute to connecting current and future business models and support the delivery of the business architecture. You will challenge constructively and act as a critical friend to develop fit-for-purpose solutions. Collaboration and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels, including project teams and technical staff, are essential.

The Business Analysis Service operates primarily within the Chief Regulator Group, supporting a wide range of critical change initiatives. Our mission is to empower colleagues through insightful analysis, maximizing opportunities and resources, and making informed decisions to create better places for people and wildlife while supporting sustainable development. Experience/skills required:
* Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex data and processes to identify issues and opportunities.
* Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to convey findings effectively.
* Stakeholder Management: Experience managing relationships with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
* Project Delivery: Proven experience delivering projects within structured frameworks.
* Requirements Gathering: Experience in collecting and documenting business requirements clearly.
Desirable experience/qualifications:
* Previous experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
* Relevant analysis qualifications.
* Proficiency with analysis tools and methodologies.
* Experience working with diverse stakeholders.
* Familiarity with the Project Delivery Capability Framework.
Additional information:
* Multiple roles available: 2 permanent and 1 fixed-term (until 30th April 2027).
* Flexible/hybrid working arrangements.
* Some travel and overnight stays may be required.
