As part of its ongoing expansion, the company is enhancing its digital capabilities - with HubSpot serving as a key platform for optimising marketing, sales, and customer service functions.
As the HubSpot Support Engineer, you’ll take charge of the technical upkeep and support of the company’s HubSpot system. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure seamless performance, resolve issues, and elevate user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver daily technical assistance and troubleshooting for HubSpot users across departments
* Manage and configure HubSpot CRM, including user access, data accuracy, and system integrations
* Support the development and optimisation of automated workflows and reporting tools
* Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement CRM enhancements
* Maintain documentation, produce user manuals, and provide training to internal stakeholders
Experience Required:
* Proven experience in supporting or managing HubSpot CRM within a B2B environment
* Solid grasp of CRM platforms, data governance, and automation technologies
* Skilled in diagnosing technical problems and translating business requirements into effective solutions
* Strong communication abilities and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
