Senior Sales Manager – Events
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Commission
Location: London
Our client is an award-winning event catering company who are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join their growing team. This role involves a high volume of inbound enquiries, as well as driving new business. Our client is looking for an experienced individual with a proactive approach to sales and a passion for building client relationships.
Main Duties:
* Manage the reactive and proactive sales process
* Maintain and build relationships with venues
* Produce bespoke event proposals in line with the clients budgets and requirements
* Generate leads, build and nurture client relationships
* Attend client meetings, show rounds, tastings and networking events
* Proactively seek opportunities to be listed at new and existing venues
* Carry out competitor analysis
* Produce weekly and monthly sales reports
Requirements:
* Sales Management experience within a venue or an event caterer is essential.
* Proven track record of success in the full sales cycle
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisation skills
* Ability to think outside the box and be creative
